Metropolis at Innsbrook is starting to take shape as the first piece of precast was recently installed (October 24, 2021). According to Robinson Development Group (RDG), the parking garage will be assembled over the next two months followed by the residential units.
Metropolis will be developed in two phases with a total of 700 apartments with studio, one, two, and three-bedroom floorplans. The official groundbreaking took place this past June and completion date of the first phase is expected for May 2023.
The site is 14.5 acres located within the Innsbrook Office Park. Robinson Development Group is proud to introduce Metropolis at Innsbrook.
