Hank Robertson Appointed to Richmond Office, Perry Frazer Joins Virginia Beach Staff
Robinson Development Group (RDG) has announced two recent appointments to its Richmond and Hampton Roads offices.
Hank Robertson

Hank Robertson was named project manager in the RDG Richmond office. He was previously with Highwoods Properties Richmond Division and McDevitt & Street. Over his two decades at Highlands, Robertson served in development and operations director roles where he was responsible for the planning and development of over 3 million square feet of commercial projects including multiple corporate headquarters, suburban office buildings, and industrial warehouses in both the Richmond and Tidewater markets. At McDevitt & Street, he oversaw projects in commercial office, hotel, institutional and retail developments in Richmond, Tidewater and Northern Virginia.
Robertson has served on the board of directors for the Commercial Office Owner’s Association as well as the board for the Innsbrook Foundation. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Virginia Tech.
Perry Frazer

Perry Frazer has joined as a senior financial analyst. His work experience includes analyst roles with Wilbanks Smith & Thomas and most recently from Berkadia Commercial Mortgage LLC. He is a Norfolk Academy graduate who earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia – Terry College of Business, where he double majored in Finance and Real Estate. During his last year at UG, he worked part-time as a real estate analyst, where he assisted in underwriting loans, assembling offering memorandums, and sourcing financing for clients.
