RDG acquired the site for the planned community of Rivanna Village in November, 2016. The land, entitled for a maximum of 400 residential units and up to 60,000 square feet of commercial space, features detached single-family homes, townhouses, and villas. Residents enjoy green space within the community for recreational activities and proximity to downtown Charlottesville and University of Virginia.
