Pinehurst Centre is conveniently located in Virginia Beach’s Lynnhaven area, near NAS Oceana and close to I-264 for easy access to Virginia Beach’s Town Center, the Virginia Beach Oceanfront, and downtown Norfolk. This 97,486-square-foot property was acquired to be a long-term hold. Since RDG’s ownership, occupancy has consistently outperformed the market.
