VIRGINIA BEACH, VA – Robinson Development Group (RDG) continues to experience rapid growth and expands its portfolio and product lines. RDG remains focused on multi-family and residential lot development and announces two new hires to its team in the Virginia Beach office who will add to the existing capacity.
Seth Dennis – Analyst
Dennis will focus on business development and acquisition opportunities throughout the mid-Atlantic. Prior to joining RDG, Dennis served as a summer analyst at Featherstone Partners and was an audit intern on the real estate team at Baker Tilly. He is a recent graduate of Clemson University where he received his BBA in Finance with a minor in accounting that included a term studying abroad at the University of Oxford, England.
Lisa Henderson – Controller
Henderson brings to RDG more than 25 years of construction accounting and management experience for several notable regional companies such as Hourigan Construction, TAF Group and Tetra Tech/Tesoro Construction. An ODU graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration Accounting, Henderson began her career with Barents Group LLC, a consulting group within KPMG that serviced USAID contracts for privatization of Eastern Europe Block countries to create banking and computerization systems. At TAF Group, a design-build company in architecture, engineering, surveying and construction, she rose from accounts receivable manager to controller after 3 years. Most recently, she was the controller of the accounting department for Comfort Systems of Virginia, a mechanical and plumbing contractor. Henderson is a member of Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA).
